职位描述：
Job Objective:
Monitors and controls the smooth operation of all vessels assigned and handles the provision of all commercial and post-fixture chartering related matters, in order to achieve the desired levels of operational performance.

Key Accountabilities:
 1）Commercial operations and post fixture chartering.
 2）Liaison with Charterers/Brokers and Masters regarding the vessel’s commercial operations.
 3）Voyage instructions to Masters
 4）Arrange bunkers and appointment of Agents
 5）Monitor the vessel’s voyage performance and Charter Party issues/obligations.
 6）Handle cargo claims and Charter party disputes
 7）Invoicing and timely recovery of charter hire / freight / demurrage, etc.
 8）Liaison with Technical, Marine, Personnel and Owners on all issues regarding the Vessel’s Voyages and Performances.

Work Experience
 1）The Vessel Operator will have served for at least two years in Chartering/Operations department or other position carrying similar duties.

Education & Qualifications:
 1）Will hold a Bachelor Degree in shipping related field or equivalent
 2）A member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers will be considered as an advantage.
 3）Sea serving experience will be considered an advantage

Job-Specific Skills:
 1）Fluency in English
 2）PC literacy
 3）Should be enthusiastic and be able to undertake responsibility.
