职位描述：
In order to simplify invoices payment process and improve the efficiency of invoices handling, and all the invoices will be required to send to FIN rather than purchasing department. Purchasing department don’t need to handle the invoices again. Also provide more accurate cash out forecast for invoices
Key responsibilities：
1. Collect invoices or related documents from each department or suppliers;
2. Check the information of invoices comparing with goods received in SAP and communicate with other department or suppliers for more details;
3. Miro the invoices in SAP and set up the accurate due date for each invoice;
4. Safely keep the invoices and related documents before payment;
5. Make payment application & list according to AP Account for invoices in SAP;
6. Prepare AP & vendor reports;
7. Provide supports to prepare for cash out forecast;
8. Backup of GL Accountant and support other accounting transactions
9. Other tasks

Basic Requirements：
1. More than 2 years related working experience
2. Must have Accounting work license and junior accounting certificate will be better 举报 分享
