职位描述：
Responsibilities：
? Leading assembly with Assembly, Commissioning, On site assembly/commissioning side, Paint shop(IMM leading concept), Standard time calculation, Material logistics and Electronics department MUC
? Ensure EHS requirements and all legal/governance requirements
? Meet quality standards
? Controlling and steering the productivity, costs and other KPIs on regular base
? Responsible for Initiating, Driving and Controlling of the best practice behaviours and processes
? Staff development
? On-going Production optimization by Kaizen and Lean methods ( i.e. Pull)
? Contributing to Footprint / Production strategy
? Participating in product developments projects.

Requirements：
? Knowledge of assembly manufacturing processes
? Extensive manufacturing knowledge including work-in-process principles, labor efficiencies, yield tracking, production scheduling/planning.
? Strong management/ supervisory and people skills
? Good leadership skills and understanding
? Performance management and problem solving skills
? Lean manufacturing concepts
? More than 10 years’ work and management experience in manufacture industry 举报 分享
