职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Formulate business strategies and execute the brand planning and programs to maximize business growth and brand equity in auto and wheel industry.
2.Monitor the company's sales and revenue for long term business development.
3.Undertake market and business analysis to understand the competition landscape.
4.Formulate, communicate and implement the merchandising plan covering the product mix, marketing and distribution to achieve the target revenue as well as the brand value preposition.
5.Develop, monitor, review and report on all sales and marketing activities and results.
6.Establish, reinforce and maintain a sound and sustainable relationship with customers, OEM, dealers and related business partners.
7.Provide leadership and vision to all functions within the organization.

2.Product passion and knowledge about alloy wheel
3.Marketing experience
4.Distribution network development skills
5.People management skill
6.Work in complex and high pressure environment
