职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 主要工作职责：
- Scheduling the production line using preset logic.
- Optimize and drawing up complex production schedules regarding capacity, material supply and customer demands. In case of bottlenecks or other delivery difficulties,
Harmonize, initiate and implement production correction measures.
- Provide and Prepare production orders with related documentation. Ensure archiving of related documents. Perform related master data maintenance in SAP.
- Optimize the production scheduling process, propose and initiate improvements.
- Monitoring key figures for production planning and production performance (e.g. Order Production Cycle time, OTDR etc.)
- Maintain effective and positive communication with Customer care and FG planner.
- Support shop floor Continuously improvement activities.(Kaizen, Toolbox meeting)
- Support supervisor routine administration jobs.
- Lead shop floor simple 6 sigma project.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 资质与经验：
- SAP knowledge (Master Data Maintenance, Printouts, evaluation of Data, understand report)
- Bachelor or higher. Degree in engineering or mechanics
- 1-3 year Manufacturing experience, related industrial preferred.
- Office Tools (MS Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of material logistics; logistics workflows
- Knowledge of production planning
- Work as production schedule complex MTO production preferred.
- Intercultural experience preferred.
- Experience of leading 6 sigma project and continues improvement preferred. 举报 分享
