职位描述：
Location: Zhuanqiao, Shanghai - CHINA

TECHNOCHINA, an ALTYOR Group’s subsidiary, is a French industrial company specialized in the contract design & manufacturing of multi-technology products in China (www.technochina.com). The company currently employs around 200 people.

We are looking for a talented manager to oversee procurement and sourcing operations and provide leadership in their continuous improvements.

Major technologies outsourced by Technochina are:

PCBA SMT assembly, Electronics components (battery, cable, motor,PSU…) Zamak/Aluminium die casting, Metal Stamping & machining, rubber molding, Plastic raw material purchasing…


Main Missions

Department management :
- Management of Purchasing department team (5 persons)
- Support direct communication between customers and purchasing team to maintain good relationship.
- Ensure efficient reporting of the department activities to the top management.

Procurement management
- Supervise the procurement planning in a timely and cost effective manner and maintain the stock inventory as low as possible.
- Manage supplier payment planning and invoice processing
- Personally conduct or direct negotiations with suppliers to resolve conflicts and product non-conformity.
- Develop and Implement procurement strategy and policies
- Identify cost reduction opportunities

Sourcing management
- Manage continuous improvement of the vendor database to ensure the supply chain performance.
- Monitor the performance of new suppliers with KPI and manage their integration/improvement action plan.
- Hold regular meeting with R&D staff to share and collect technology innovation, market trends.


Profile

- 5 years’ experience in sourcing & procurement for consumer products industry with at least 1 year direct people management experience.
- Commodity experience: Electronics Hardware & PCBA, Plastic processes & Mechanical parts (stamping, die casting…), preferably low volume/high mix purchases of custom made parts.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in industrial and technical environment dealing with many technology.
- Fluency in written & spoken English & Mandarin. French is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office software along with experience in ERP system.
