职位描述：
Major Responsibility:
As owner of quality assurance for the products sourced from the suppliers, your main responsibilities are:
1. As watchdog, be sure the products in charge meet quality standards and customer requirements;
2. Monitor and drive improvements for the finished product quality control procedure;
3. Monitor and drive improvements for the process quality control and incoming quality control procedure in suppliers
4. Monitor supplier’s quality assurance system and drive continuous improvement;
5. Monthly / periodic quality meeting and quality report; PDCA with supplier to be sure the quality performance meet target;
6. Periodic supplier audit (VDA 6.3) .
7. Drive supplier for quickest quality problem and complaints solving, and report within the time required by customer;
8. As gate watcher for project quality, be sure only the project which meet quality target can pass the milestone; and be sure the quality requirements are transferred into actual control points, SOPs;
9. Be sure the quality people under your responsibility are trained and qualified; Drive the quality training of supplier;
10. Be sure all quality documents are well maintained;
11. Be sure CoNQ of supplier responsibility are reimbursed in time.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above on mechanic, electronics;
2. Good knowledge on process of tungsten lamp; basic understanding on electronics products;
3. At least 3 years’ experience of industry quality engineer or supplier quality engineer;
4. High quality mind set, be strong and mature to push improvement;
5. Good knowledge on quality tools and quality system, such as ISO 9000, TS16949, 6 sigma, SPC, QC 7 tools, DOE
6. Good problem solving skill, good at 8D,
7. Good communication skill, logic thinking and express;
8. Good teamwork, good self-discipline;
9. Capable to work in English
10. Experience in Automotive industry is preferred;
11. Sigma GB/BB certificate, VDA internal auditor certificate will be plus;
