POSITION
Senior 3D Designer

MINIMUM?REQUIREMENT
Industrial or Graphic design bachelor degree
Minimum 6 years industry experience
Technically proficient with Apple & PC systems. Software capability includes 3ds Max or Rhino; SketchUp; sound knowledge of AutoCad; Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; Apple Keynote
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with a minimum of medium level English ability
Strong communication skills, active thinker and team player with an innovative spirit and positive & fun personality

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a leader in way-finding planning, way-finding design; landmark design; and feature signage design for our core place-branding projects
Strong 3D conceptual design skills required with confident execution of concepts through to production and delivery
High level understanding of sign-making materials, techniques and production requirements. Also responsible for instruction and supervision of signage contractors
You will have a good understanding of brand design and will work closely with the graphic design team to deliver innovative place-branding solutions

职位要求:
平面设计专业本科或以上
至少六年相关工作经验。
熟练操作MAC或Windows系统相关制图软件。熟练掌握3ds Max，Rhion，SketchUp等软件进行三维效果图制作。能快速理解AutoCad图纸文件，熟悉Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign等相关制图软件。
普通话及中等水平的英语能力
性格乐观开朗，具有较强的沟通能力，思维活跃具有创新精神，具备较强的组织协调能力及团队合作精神。

职位描述: 主要负责商业地产的环境标识设计，地标设计（精神堡垒），主标识设计、空间氛围营造设计等
具备扎实的三维设计能力，可以独立完成从概念设计直至深化完稿设计。
非常熟悉并掌握导视标识的材料、工艺与物料制作，负责与供应商进行设计交底并协调解决相关制作问题，以实现高品质的成果。
对品牌设计具有良好的理解力并与平面设计团队紧密合作，为目的地场所打造富有创意的品牌体验方案。
