职位描述：
Responsibilities:

？ Contribute to develop and implement business strategies and plans which provide for optimal market development and exploitation of new and existing products
？ Be able to communicate with all counter parties to ensure the implementation of annual marketing plan
？ Monitor performance of products and propose necessary changes to ensure targets are achieved
？ Maintain regular contacts and establish good relationship with opinion leaders, key customers
？ Understand and analyze all relevant market (diseases, customers, competitors, etc.) information, to develop customer insights
？ Ensure high quality delivery of marketing mix
？ Provide innovative support to the sales team (promotional materials, training, market information, promotional programs, etc.) and ensure strong collaboration and effective communication within sales and other Depts.


Qualifications:

？ Bachelor's degree or above, Medical or pharmaceutical background is preferred
？ 5 years or above working experience as product manager, with proven track record in product management in gynaecology, obstetrics or Anorectal
？ Experience of managing product independently form product launch to formulating annual product plan
？ Strong communication skills
？ Proficiency English communication skill both in written and oral 举报 分享
