This position will help us with various work pertaining to human-resources and administration，and will report to a CEA HR Director. Our team is comprised of a diverse, talented, and hard-working group of individuals committed to growing this industry and to making a positive impact on the environment.

Qualifications:
· Shanghai university graduate student preferred
· Undergraduate degree in business, human resources or related field
· Fluent English and Chinese
· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
· Familiarity with multi-national business operations and local Chinese companies
· Understanding of local hiring / employee vetting process
· Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties
