职位描述：
Job title: Marketing Executive
Location: Shanghai
Purpose of the role:
To create and manage marketing collateral that foster key customer relationships at EtonX and that support internal stakeholders in sales and lead management processes. The primary focus will be on the end-consumer (students and parents) to ensure all conversations are underpinned by the right narrative around our product, although the marketing executive will also partner with and support internal stakeholders whose main focus may be around managing the school partners or teachers.
Key Task Focus:

? Content creation:
？ Copy writing across all media channels, ensuring clear & consistent messaging reflecting the EtonX brand values, with focus on championing the end-consumer (students & parents) by telling their success stories
？ Design, capture and manage visual assets, e.g. icons or photos, for use across channels ranging from print to digital
？ Deploy a Chinese-first approach to messaging, providing the English translation as needed
? Create centralised collateral that can apply across multiple schools so as to support the Sales, Academic and Operations team in their management of school leads or ongoing teacher and student relationships
? Help the General Manager create assets that can be used for event-based marketing
? Liaise with London-based HQ to understand the local PR developments as well as key trends and USPs that feed into product design
? Ongoing management of marketing site, Baidu analytics accounts and blogging through WeChat
Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree or above, ideally has undergraduate or postgraduate UK study experience
? Native Mandarin speaker with excellent writing skills
? Other desired skills/knowledge:
？ Rich experience in content managing of market site and wechat/weibo corporate account.
？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and/or Premier
？ Keen interest in digital marketing tools, ideally with project experience in website building, SEO and social media
？ Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
？ Excellent eye for presentation
？ Independent and self-motivated
？ Good English language abilities, both written and oral
？ Ability to work in a distributed team
？ Appetite to learn
? Experience & other:
? At least 2 year work experience in marketing or PR. Experience with education industry is preferred
