JOB SUMMARY/工作概述
Currently looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, and results-driven individual for the full-time position of Human Resources Operations Manager based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China. This hybrid operations and human resources team will play a critical role in building a scalable foundation for Puji’s international growth and operations.

The senior-level individual will be primarily involved in managing, planning, and tracking the company’s corporate personnel and operations performance.
该高级职位将主要参与管理、规划并记录公司人员及经营业绩表现。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/岗位职责
? Develop and administer corporate and regulatory policies specific to compensation, employee benefits, leaves of absence, etc.
制定和管理涉及员工薪酬、福利、休假等各项企业和监管制度。
? Manage and oversee human resources process including recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, visas, and taxes.
管理和监督人力资源流程包括招聘、就业、薪酬、福利、签证、税务处理等。
? Liaise with third party companies as it relates to human resources including lawyers, recruiters, and others.
当涉及到人力资源事务时,负责联系第三方公司,包括律师、招聘机构和其他相关机构。
? Be the primary point of contact for all human resources-related matters. Work with executive management to develop a career growth plan for employees to ensure continual training, education, and career advancement for long-term employees.
作为主要联系人处理所有与人力资源相关的事务。与执行管理层共同制定员工的职业成长计划,以确保长期员工的持续培训、教育和职业发展。
? Develop corporate growth plan of human resources needs for company in line with the company’s growth
根据公司增长前景按需制定公司人力扩张计划。
? Responsible for tracking and process all employee performances and project management.
负责记录与处理所有员工绩效及项目管理表现。
Develop bi-monthly summary reports of ongoing projects and timeline for each employee and department.
每两个月为每个员工和部门制定项目及时间安排总结报告。
? Manage the ongoing process including conducting new hire orientation, processing employment forms, payroll, benefits, etc.
管理日常经营流程包括进行新员工培训、处理雇佣合同、工资、福利等事宜。
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:/背景要求
? 3-5 years HR Operations / Generalist experience relevant to the job specification in a small, but rapidly growing company
具备在小型、高成长企业中3-5年人力资源及运营、多方面统筹及管理的相关经验
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
优秀的书面及口头沟通能力
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
积极主动、可独立工作
? Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and manage your own time well
