1. 负责指定行业和区域内的销售业务开发、拓展和管理;
2. 根据公司要求完成绩效考核指标,包括在跟踪项目情况汇报,订单额,销售额以及其他工作安排;
3. 根据公司政策发展代理商网络及客户,并与指定行业和区域内现有的重点客户及代理商建立紧密的沟通及合作关系;支持商 参加投标与销售工作;
4. 配合市场宣传计划,以达到宣传活动的既定效果;
5. 与其他部门合作组织交流会以及代理商培训等活动;
6. 向上级经理汇报;
7. 其它上级交付的事宜
职位要求:
1. 至少五年以上销售经验,其中至少三年以上仪器仪表或锅炉行业相关经验;
2. 最好具备三年以上面对高耗能企业或政府机构销售经验;
3. 三年以上渠道管理以及成功开发省级代理商的经验;
4. 出色的销售、谈判技巧;
5. 能承受一定的工作压力;
6. 思维创新,富于热情;
7. 优秀的表达、沟通能力;
8. 较好的英语交流、说写能力(英语四级水平);
9. 能熟练应用办公室软件(PPT, EXCEL);
10. 能适应频繁的出差;
11. 五至十年工作经验,有仪表仪器销售及项目投标管理经验,优先考虑!
Job Description:
1. Responsible for designated industry’s sales and management; Develop business/sales opportunity in designated area.
2. Based on company KPI to achieve the target, include project progress, incoming order amount, sales amount and other supporting work.
3. According to company strategy, develop dealer network and customers, build up close & good communication with dealers and customers. Support dealers in project tendering and sales;
4. Fulfill Marketing plans and meet with the effect of all such activity;
5. Cooperate with other department to organize the workshop and training activity;
6. Report to the Sales Unit Manager;
7. Other Ac-hoc responsibility from SUM
Qualification Requirements:
1 At least 5 years experience in sales and 3 year sales related in instrument or boiler industry
2 3 years or above experience in high energy industry or government project/tendering sales preferable.
3 Good sales and negotiation skills
4 Able to work under pressure
5 Innovative thinking and full of passion
6 Excellent presentation, communication skills
7 Good English communication, written and spoken (English Cert 4 or above)
8 Proficient in office software (PPT, EXCEL)
9 Frequent travel is needed
10 5~10 year working experiences, relevant instruments and manage tendering work experience, priority to consider this position
