Responsibilities:
? Develop/ possess the ability to meet independently with Clients and represent the brand and business lines.
? Prepare proposal /contracts and make presentation to clients.
? Continually develop knowledge on current market / industry trends relating to the industry or job function
? Have strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing.
? Provide recruiting or other HRM consulting services as required by clients.
? Assist director on overall project management in Shanghai and provide professional support and advice on recruitment.
? Team management via robust communication, strong engagement, and solid development plan to keep team motivated/engaged.
Education and Qualifications:
? University degree or above
? International exposure through school or work preferred
? At least 5 years work experience, industry leading company, consulting or
executive search firm and sales experience are preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
? High energy, passion and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
? Organized, focused and able to multi-task
? Relevant industry experience or candidate management experience
