Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
1) 负责发展和维护质量系统的方针和程序.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the quality system
policies and procedures.
2) 推动内部客户, 以解决特殊的质量问题.
Facilitate between internal customers as appropriate to resolve specific
quality issues
3) 参与质量体系的开发, 评审和管理；
Participate in the sourcing, evaluation and management
4) 领导/建立质量管理团队, 协助质量经理, 完成部门的年度目标.
Lead and building a Quality team, coordinate with Quality Manager, to meet
department yearly target

Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能

1) 负责发展和维护质量系统的程序.

2) 推动内部客户, 以解决特殊的质量问题.
Facilitate between internal customers as appropriate to resolve specific
Quality issues.
3) 过程控制以及质量能力的提高；
To promote their process control capability and quality
performance
4) 改进不良品的退换货流程.
Improve the defect parts return/replacement procedure.
5) 制定有关操作指导书，包括制定过程检验计划；
Establish the operation instruction pertained including the process of inspection plans.

6) 确认内部客户的抱怨以关注要点, 避免问题的重复发生.
Review internal customer complaints to determine where emphasis should be placed
to prevent recurrence.
7) 领导/建立供应商质量管理团队, 协助质量经理, 完成部门的年度目标.
Lead and building a Supplier Quality team, coordinate with Quality Manager, to meet
department yearly target.

Know-How Requirements
职位要求

1) 本科以上学历；机械，电子，汽车等相关专业；
Above bachelor degree，Majored in Mechanical, Electronics or Automotive.
2) 五年以上的供应商质量管理经验
5 years of quality experience with focus on supplier initiatives.
3) 出色的时间管理, 交流技术, 书写技巧,
Skilled in time management, communication, technical writing.
4) 熟悉质量方法和系统. (如ISO 9000/TS16949质量体系，统计技术, 可靠性, 抽样检验和审核. )
Thorough knowledge of quality methods and systems is required (ISO 9000/TS16949 quality system statistics, reliability, sampling and auditing)
5) 熟练掌握产品审核、过程审核方法，质量工具应用能力（QFD、FMEA、APQP、
PPAP、SPC、MSA）及完成8D报告。
Familiar with the production/process audit, quality tools (QFD,FMEA,APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA) and 8D report.
6) 英文良好，能用英文书面和口头交流；
Be good at English for writing and speaking.
7) 熟练操作计算机；
