Company Name: SHW Longji Brake Discs (LoungKou) Co., Ltd.
SHW Automotive GmbH in Germany is a premium supplier for all kind of brake discs with several international OE customers. SHW is majority shareholder with an interest of 51 percent, and Shandong Longji will hold an interest of 49 percent. The joint venture was established in April 2015 has its headquarters in the eastern Chinese city of LoungKou (Shandong province). The joint venture is producing brake disc for the automotive industry according international standard with a total capacity of 4 Mio. Brake discs per year.
The joint venture is looking for an international experienced general manager supporting the JV to succeed in the Chinese business. After a training at SHW in Germany, the candidate will be responsible for all business activities in China.
Requirements:
Excellent English speaking, self-confident, automotive industry, German speaking is preferred;
Experience in castings and machining, brake discs are preferred;
Self-confident management position with technical and/or commercial background;
Team spirit with new joint venture management colleagues.
