Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with sales and business development to identify market product requirement and develop OEMs/dealers to support business growth

2. Provide sales technical application support to dealers/OEMs.

3. Work with Sales and OEM to identify engine application specification.

4. Prepare and sign Project Technical Agreement with customer

5. Support OEMs and Shipyards the subsystem design in order to have a most effective combination with Volvo Penta Engines

6. Present Volvo Penta project management process requirement and negotiate with customers to follow up for customer to be along with the requirement

7. Support sales dealers/OEMs in installation of prototype and conduct installation Review.

8. Provide on site commissioning and installation evaluation.

9. Support and advise OEMs and Shipyards to optimize equipment /vessels engine related performance

10. Communicate with OEMs / Shipyards about product changes and new product promotion.

Train sales dealer, OEM/Shipyard and customer.



Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Internal Combustion Engine is preferred;

2. At least 5 years technical experience in diesel engine, marine propulsion commissioning. Power generator equipment and construction equipment working experience will be a strong plus;

3. Diesel driven machine matching experience preferred;

4. Basic electronic control system knowledge preferred;

5. Proficient written and spoken English;

6. Proficient PC skills

7. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas;

8. Team work spirit with energy passion.

9. Working experience in foreign invested companies preferred.
