岗位职责：

1、 根据要求按时完成设计方案；

2、 有独特性设计想法

3、 能较准确的把握作品核心；

4、 高效的完成作品修改；

5、 保证作品的品质。

职能要求：

1、3年以上广告平面设计经验， 熟悉各种平面排版软件，包括： Illustrator、Photoshop等；
2、美术、平面设计、广告等相关专业，大专及以上学历
3、能根据需求开展创意设计，独立操作项目，高质量、高效率完成设计任务
4、有出色的审美意识，眼界开阔、敏锐、独到、色彩把握准确.有极强的沟通和理解能力

2.Have unique design idea
3.Can more accurate grasp of core design works；
4.Efficient complete works modification；

Job requirement
1、Above 3 years advertising graphic design experience, familiar with all kinds of plane layout software, including: Illustrator, Photoshop, etc；
2、Art, plane design and advertising professionals, college or above
3、Can according to demand carry out creative design, independent operation project, high quality, high efficient complete design task
4、Have good aesthetic consciousness, strong communication and understanding ability
