Description of the Position:

Labbrand is looking for an ambitious and enterprising Senior Manager for Business Development, based in our Shanghai headquarters. You will be the growth engine and key advocator of our own brand, working to achieve our business target. You actively look for new potential clients by cold calling, attending events, using personal connections, etc. You form and grow trust-based client relationships and prepare the right product offerings to fulfill clients’ needs. You also ensure a smooth transition from business development to project teams, and identify innovative approaches to BD and company growth.

Main Responsibility:
? Business Development Achievement
- Activate past leads and search for new ones via networking,marketplace knowledge and referrals from existing leads/prospects
- Generate and qualify the right opportunities from leads.
- Oversee proposal and quote preparation for opportunities related to leads
- Initiating and leading external conversations as well as manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver RFP responses, detailed proposals, pitch presentations and other supporting pitch materials.
- Ensuring that new business is leveraging BD existing material (creds, bios, client references, benchmark proposals) effectively to maximize reach and conversion
- Emphasizing personal connections with prospects via face to face meetings or calls to improve transformation rate
- Providing strategic suggestion on product improvement and supporting the top management to set the overall business development strategy
? Coaching and Team Management
- Assist to develop and apply innovative methodologies to meet specific goals: Sales Skills, Customers Efficient Communication, Customer Service, etc.
- Assist the team to learn new knowledge and techniques
- Planning activities of team, resources and implementation.
? Thought Leadership
- Collaborating with the CB team to design the optimum strategy for being front of mind for new business target audiences, including optimizing our credentials
- Being expert in operating Labbrand CRM system, managing the pipeline of new business opportunities and exploring more active use of the CRM system to boost the business

Requested competencies:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing management or related field is a plus

- Possessing the flexibility based on the changing environment.
