POSITION SUMMARY

AMDC inventory specialist is responsible for UPS Airlines aircraft materials, make sure warehouse inventory accuracy and support aircraft maintenance to ensure flight departure on time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Warehouse Management & organization
2. COMAT Receiving & Shipping
3. Inventory audit/ Transactions update in system
4. Liaise with Broker Agent / GTWY / Terminal/ any related departments
5. Monitor and work with PVG,TAO,CTU,CGO gateway & maintenance
6. Handle AOG, loan & borrow, purchase part issues.
7. Follow up with Customs requirements in Bonded warehouse procedure

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Minimum Diploma/Degree
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Knowledge in standard development methodology
? Practical experience in databases and web server administration on Microsoft platform is preferred
? An understanding of airline business, aircraft materials or aircraft maintenance etc. will be an added advantage
? Good planning skills with effective written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner
? Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
? Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill 举报 分享
