岗位职责：
1、按规定标准或要求，完成物流主管下达的进口运输方面各项任务及一系列进口运输业务的相关单证工作；
2、及时了解进口相关的船泊动态和法律法规等政策要求；
3、及时与采购部门沟通，保证国内物资的正常进区；
4、对海关调拨系统及联网系统进行正常操作及维护；
5、与仓储部门保持沟通及联系，确保仓储原材料数据与海关数据一致。协调海关对公司电子帐册进行顺利核销；
6、与生产部门保持沟通及联系，确保公司生产的实际单损耗与海关备案单损耗一致。协助生产部门对实际单损耗的统计；
7、负责所有进口运输文件的准备及归档；
8、业务跟单；
9、负责与外部运输公司及报关行的费用核对及向财务部请款的工作。

任职要求：
1、学历背景：国际贸易或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、工作经验：2年以上国内或者国际物流方面的工作经历；
3、培训及资历：接受过国际贸易、《外贸法》等相关法律法规等方面的培训；
4、知识素养高，知识面广，知识结构合理；
5、对进口运输及出口加工区工作有相当认识；
6、具备较强协调能力及分析判断能力；
7、具备一定文案能力、计算机操作能力；
8、英文有相当的基础，能够熟练的沟通
9、有丰富的国际物流资源，
10、熟悉国际贸易进口及国际物流流程；
11、英语四级以上，口语流利；
12、懂财务知识及进口报关报检知识，熟悉开信用证流程；
13、细心、对工作认真负责；
