Description of the position:
Labbrand is looking for a responsible and efficient HR Specialist, based in our Shanghai headquarters. You will be the assistant to the HR consulting and the cheerleader to maintain the company morale. You will help to analyze and develop human resource improvement plan, assist recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation & benefit and other HR related affairs and take care of the company cheer up activities to enhance cohesion among Labbrandians.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Assist HR Manager to find current problem in company strategy / process / policy and fix with available solutions.
- Recruiting, coordinate with all departments for the recruitment demands.
- Performance Evaluation, probation and annual review reminder, and assist HR Manager to set up review procedure and customize review forms in HR performance system.
- Training, take charge of orientation, assist HR Manager as training facilitator to align training schedule and prepare for training briefs.
- Compensation & Benefit: assist in monthly payroll and establish competitive benefit policies aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
- Labor Relationship, plan for activities such as outing, annual dinner and other activities; maintain interactive relationship with every team member.
- Prepare the monthly report for HR team, including headcount, turnover, org chart etc.
- Be responsible for Expatriates managements, e.g. working-resident permits, visa application, invitation & dispatch letter etc.

Requested competencies:
General:
- Result and customer oriented
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust
- Ability to progress autonomously and strong learning ability
- Collaborative sense
- Cross cultural Sensitivity with proficiency in English as well as Mandarin

Human Resources specific
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related field is a plus
- 3-5 years working experience in Human Resources field with good labor law knowledge. Experience in training and development would be a plus
- Good planning, organization and project management skill.
- Maturity in interpersonal communication and interaction both internally and externally.
- Able to Multitask under tight schedule with accurate and prompt results
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Word/Excel/PPT
- Experience in a multinational company will be preferred
- Strict confidentiality and integrity
- Willingness to take on what needs to be done, innovative problem-solver
