Employee Claim Specialist 员工报销专员
Finance Service Center China
Job Location: Jiading, Shanghai 有班车
Job Description:
Employee claim management
？ Perform Employee Claim application and related supporting auditing base on company policy
？ Ensure outgoing payment to employee account timely and accurately
？ Perform employee down payment at closely monitor level
E-cash system
？ Perform E-cash system maintenance regarding master data
？ Conduct new employee training regarding how to use E-cash system
？ Support project officer to roll out E-cash system roll out to whole China
？ Create vendor for new employees in E-cash
Regular Reporting
？ Perform KPI figures such like cycle time, etc
？ Perform advance payment report, warning staff and follow up twice a month.
？ Download allowance report to HR monthly.
？ Perform employee claim's outgoing payment via DB E-Banking.
？ Perform regularly other employee claim related report
Job Requirement:
？ College degree
？ 1-2 years travel management experience
？ Good communication skill
？ SAP is a plus.
