We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced company. You will be providing graphic design and other media production services to a variety of parties in the company, including but not limited to Solution Manager, e-learning Project Manager, and Marketing Manager.

Focus will be on designing an e-learning program. This role will be responsible for creating a variety of materials in both print and digital formats within each of our product ranges as well as develop new branding for each of our new product lines. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines is a must. Attention to detail is critical.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. Other duties, assignments, and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management.

· Work with e-learning Project Manager on assigned e-learning projects

· Work with Solution Manager on assigned solution materials and marketing materials

· Work with Marketing to create assigned marketing materials, including presentations, announcements, brochures, flyers, web pages, tradeshow banners, signage, etc.

· Collaborate with internal clients to develop graphic design approaches for materials, programs, and presentations necessary to accomplish marketing/business plan goals.

· Deliver production ready graphics and other media components for all assigned tasks

· Follow our company brand guidelines, including look and feel guidelines. Be accountable for brand consistency across all materials produced.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.

· Minimum 4-8 years experience in both online & offline design, preferably in an e-learning or marketing environment

· Experience using e-learning software or willing to learn if not experienced

· Experience creating interactive online presentations such as e-learning or web pages

· Advanced knowledge and skills of Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required.

· Advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint required.

· Experience with digital video recording & editing

· Passionate about latest news and trends in technology and social media

· Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing.

· Ability to follow instructions and handle constructive criticism well
