Job Description

Location: Shanghai, CHINA
- Analyze technical requirements from customers
- Design, built and integrate test system solutions to meet customers requirements
- Design the electrical schematic solutions for customers projects
- Organize the material purchase and built of the customer projects
- Design and implement the test programs and sequences on the test system
- Organize the integration of the test system and try run of the test system
- Support the after sales needs on the test system
- Organize the projects schedule according to the customer requirements and company conditions
- Coordinate, monitor and manage the company projects according to timing and budget targets
- Manage and report all processes for each the project, including procurement, quality, cost, risk and inventory control
- Support the sales team for technical issues
- Support the sales team for marketing development
- Investigate and support the good customer satisfaction for each project. Collect and report the customers feedback to the sales
department
- Ensure good working spirit and communication within each project

- Commencing date: as soon as possible

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering
- English fluent in speaking and writing
- Previous working experience in automotive is a plus

Position general requirements

- Have a proven work experience in electronic engineering
- Have a proven customer project management
- Have experience in electronic test systems built and integration
- Preferred industry experience in automotive electronic components / testing equipment industry is a plus

Position technical requirements

- Experience in Automotive electronic components hardware design, such as Engine Control Units, Transmission Control Units,
ABS, Radio
- Experience in the automotive communication protocols, such as CAN BUS, LIN BUS, K LINE
- Automotive electronic components industry experience

岗位职责：

- 和客户进行技术沟通，分析客户的需求
- 根据客户需求设计、构建和整合测试系统解决方案
- 为客户的项目设计电子负载箱连线图
- 为客户的项目做进料准备并搭建测试台架
- 测试台架的组装和调试
- 提供测试系统的售后服务与支持
- 根据客户的需求和公司的情况，安排协调项目的进度
- 在控制预算和时间的前提下，协调管理项目的情况
- 及时管理和汇报每个项目的进程，包括采购、质量、成本、风险和库存控制
- 为销售部门提供技术支持和市场开拓建议
- 调查客户的满意度，并为销售部门收集客户反馈
- 确保每个项目的工作积极性和沟通有效性

岗位要求：

- 学历：电子信息专业本科
- 有汽车行业背景
- 英语书面和口语流利
- 在电子工程和客户项目管理方面的能力有一定优势
- 对电子测试系统的构建和整合有一定的工作经验
- 有汽车电子或测试设备背景的优先
- 熟悉汽车电子原件的硬件设计，比如引擎控制，传动控制,ABS, 广播系统等
- 在汽车通信协议方面有工作经验，比如 CAN BUS, LIN BUS, K LINE

Created in 2009, Arts logics is an international designer and distributor, based in Shanghai CHINA and FRANCE, of Automotive Test Systems Equipment Platforms for professional Function Reliability (E***ironmental) and Production Line tests of all Automotive embedded controllers such as Engine controllers (ECU), Electronic power steering (EPS), Air bag controller (ACU), Battery management (BMS), Vehicle controller (VCU), ABS and many others.

The company developed from 2 persons end of 2009 to 35 persons in 2016 and reached a break even operation in 2012.

ART logics developed a proprietary equipment and software technology, able to test with a single platform, all the kinds Automotive embedded controllers for all their test needs from the design phase of the controller to the validation phase, the production phase and the after sales phase. A fully and truly transversal testing platform.

The company has
 - a R&D department of 15 persons with in-house design competencies of hardware PCB design, embedded software development on ARM, STMicro, PIC micro-controllers, FPGA programming, C# and C++ User Interface software development.
- a project management department of 12 persons, including project management, test systems design, production, purchasing, and sales.
- a quality control department, including hardware, software and system testing.
- an administrative department, including an internal fi***ce management and HR management.

The first customer of the company was Continental and ART logics in 2016 has 40 different customers including famous international tier 1 and OEM's such as Bosch, Autoliv, Johnson Control and GM but also including many Chinese local tier 1 and OEM such as SAIC, Geely, Weichai, Wanxiang A123, Dalian Yite, Hugong, Elite, DIAS and many others. Reference testing laboratories such as Intertek or Bureau Veritas are also customers of ART logics.
