General Purpose:
Working in China & reporting directly to Sales Director-China.
They are responsible for facilitating business growth of FLOW in China markets. The ultimate goals are to achieve assigned sales target and build up & manage a loyal and reliable agency network.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
To identify & develop new customers in assigned regions
To analyze customers’ technical & business requirements in related to products, service capability and provide solutions to meet customers’ needs
To increase business through identifying, developing and managing indirect channel network

To train up agents/distributors in selling techniques and technical knowledge

To cultivate & maintain a long-term relationship with end users & channel partners

To understand the needs from market and the moves of competitors

To communicate new features & enhancement requests to product marketing to improve our products strengths
To assist to formulate strategies & develop sales proposals with good understanding of product knowledge, applications and market situations

To develop & deliver high-quality product presentation and demonstrations

Education and/or Training:
Degree in Engineering or sales & marketing discipline

Sound background in machinery market & at least 2－4 years relevant sales experience

Experience in distribution development & management is necessary（须具备分销商开发和管理能力）

超高压水刀的基本技术既简单又极为复杂。当水被加压至60,000 PSI (或以上)并且从一小开孔通过时, 它可切割各种软质材料，包括食品、纸张,、纸尿片、橡胶及泡棉。 而当少量的砂，如石榴砂被加入水射流中与其混合时, 所产生之加砂水射流, 实际上可切割任何硬质材料，包括金属、复合材料、石材及玻璃。 超高压水刀也可用于各种不同的工业表面处理，如船身清洗及汽车喷漆设备清洗。最近福禄更成功运用超高压水刀技术达到超高温杀菌的效果且无高热引起的影响。超高压水刀不但可摧毁一些坏死显微组织, 同时也可杀死有害的病原体如 E. coli bacteria 及 listeria。
