The successful candidate will
1.Effectively bilingual (in English and Chinese)and can handle key correspondences and translations;
2.Oversee the communication and workflow process with partners and corporate office;
3.Collate Accounting reports for submission to Singapore corporate office
4.Handle Accounting and Banking matters, as well as Tax reporting;
5.Handle travel bookings arrangements.

Requirements:
1.5 years relevant experience in administration / accounting support to Senior Management, preferably in hospitality industry;
2.Recognised accountant degree
3.Ability to operate independently
4.Meticulous with strong organizational and administrative skills;
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
6.Excellent PC skills in MS Office;
7.Able to multi-task;
8.Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Modena Hospitality Management Co., Ltd (Shanghai) is a joint venture formed to manage mid tier serviced apartments located across key cities throughout China. Modena Serviced Apartments will signify the lifestyle preference of the new breed of intercity corporate executives from the flourishing Chinese industries.

As part of our expansion plans to grow within China, we are looking for suitable candidates to join us as General Managers to oversee the overall financial and operational performance in our properties (opening in Tianjin and Shanghai soon) from pre opening to operations. The candidates are expected to be responsible to lead the team to run the operations in line with the standards set, upkeep the maintenance of the properties, and be the custodian of the brand values.
