JOB PURPOSE:

1.Design the hardware for the project development requirements according to the developing procedures. Make sure that the projects can be on schedule.

按照设计流程做硬件相关的研发，确保按时完成项目。

2.Problems solving in the project development

产品研发中问题的解决。

3.Test and debug, confirm with the customer to modify for the requirement.

调试，测试，按照客户的需求完成设计上的修改。

4.Old products maintain and update.

老产品的维护以及版本升级。

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

1.Function Spec., circuit Design, PCB layout, parts test and verify and arrange schedule for each design phase to achieve the projects goal.

原理图设计，PCB layout，器件性能测试验证以及项目时间点的规划

2.Efficiency and quality improvement of the project development, cost reduction of the existing products.

对已有产品的功能提高和稳定以及现有方案的成本降低

3.Responsible for electronic designing and implementation, and integration of digital electronics.

负责电子方面的设计和导入，数字电路的集成

4.Tracking the hardware bug and functional verification.

对于硬件方面Bug的跟踪

5.Assist manager to creating system’s specification and design specification.

辅助Manager建立系统说明以及设计说明文档

6.Support the manufacturing to do failure analysis and to improve the processing.

协助工厂解决生产中的问题，提高生产效率

7.Documentation.

文档相关工作。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in electronics or related fields

学历：电子相关专业的本科及以上学历。

2.Experience: 1-2 years of board-level design experiences, RF design experiences will be a plus

工作经验：1-2年产品级电路设计的经验，有RF经验者优先。

Skills & Abilities:

1.Knowledge of hardware, familiar with digital circuit design. Working experience with signal integrity and EMC Circuit design.

硬件相关的知识，熟悉数字电路的设计。对于信号完整性分析以及EMC，ESD有一定的了解和相关的工作经验

2.Ability to use EDA software, ORCAD and Allegro is a must;

会使用ORCAD和Allegro

3.Experience with design wireless POS terminal, thermal printer will be a plus;

有无线POS，热敏打印机相关的工作经验者优先

4.Familiar with the procedure of product development;

熟悉产品研发的流程

5.Excellent interpersonal skills; Team work spirits;

有团队合作的精神

6. Good English ability in writing and speaking.

较好的英语读写能力。
