JOB PURPOSE:

Pro-actively manage Company exposure and risk prior to contract signing by ensuring contractual terms and conditions in line with the Company interest

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

1.Corporate juridical structure implementation and maintenance (China, Hong Kong, US)

2.Review and draft commercial contracts and administrative contracts

3.Dispute resolution (arbitration, litigation)

4.Insurances

5.Intangible assets (patents, copyrights, trademarks)

6.Ensure legal compliance of the company's business in China and outside China

7.Secretary to the board

8.Legal's database updates

9.Other legal and administrative issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in related majors

Experience: Minimum 2 years legal-related working experiences in foreign legal firms or MNCs.

Skills & Abilities:

1.Fluent in verbal and written English.

2.Computer-savvy, particularly in Microsoft Word

3.Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both externally with customer and internally with other functions).

4.Proactive and precise with details

5.A fast learner and ready to work under pressure
