主要工作PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

-负责贯彻执行赛科的HSSE精神在整个团队中实施。

Responsible for implementing SECCO HSSE spirit in whole team.

-负责督导技术人员收集、积累和综合各方面的信息，促进机械维护团队维护检修经验的积累和关键技术信息的共享。

Responsible for supervising the technician to collect, accumulate and summarize the information & data for promoting experience accumulation of the repair & maintenance by the mechanical maintenance team and information sharing of the key technology.

-负责为转动设备维护、改造、停车大修项目制订提供必要的技术支持。

Responsible for providing necessary technical support to the scheme preparation of maintenance, technical transformation and shutdown overhaul of the rotatory equipment.

-组织制定部门业绩指标，为团队成员设定明确的工作业绩目标。

Organize preparation of department’s performance indicators, to set up decisive working performance target for team members.

-组织建立转动设备技术档案系统，为设备技术资料的管理提供决策依据。

Constitute technical archive system for the rotatory equipment to provide the decision-making basis for management of the technical document.

-组织现场转动设备的维护/检修（故障抢修）工作，日常工作中向专业/技术主管、维护专业人员提供技术支持，作好转动设备的离线状态检测工作。

Reasonably and reliably organize the repair & maintenance (rush to repair the breakdown) of rotatory equipment on the site and provide technical assistance to the professional, technical supervisors and professional maintenance technician during the routine activity and get well the off-line measurement & inspection of the rotatory equipment.

-组织转动设备检修程序的修订，确保程序的关键步骤和内容符合技术要求。

Organize to amend the repair & maintenance procedure of the rotatory equipment to ensure the key process and content of the procedure to meet the technical demand.

-组织编制重要的转机设备技术改进和检修方案。

Organize to prepare the scheme for technical improvement and the repair & maintenance of the important rotatory equipment.

-组织制订机械专业年度技术培训计划，努力提升机械维护团队的总体技术水平。

Organize to make out the annual training plan for the mechanical profession, try hard to improve the overall technical level of the mechanical maintenance team.

-参与设备故障和设备事故的分析调研，事故处理，总结经验教训，为提高管理水平以及设备运行可靠性提供依据。

Participate in the analyse and investigation discussion of equipment’s fault and accident , dispose , sum up experience and learn lessons from the accident and provide reference for improving the management level and operation liability of the equipment.

-参与转动设备重大的故障原因调查分析，提供处理意见以及改进建议。

Participate in the major accident cause investigation and analyse of the rotatory equipment, offer comment for treatment and advice for corrective.

-参与各转动设备检修维护的技术交流活动，协助研究、开发利用各类新技术。
Participate in the technical intercourse activity of repair & maintenance of each rotatory equipment, assist to research and develop sorts of new technology.

-与相关专业如设备管理、维护计划、仪表、电气、工艺人员合作，共同解决重要设备、关键机组存在的相关技术问题。
Cooperate with the professional technicians such as equipment management; maintenance schedule, instrumentation, electricity, and process to solve the existed technical problems on the major equipment and the key unit.

-与维护计划团队合作并提供技术支持制订仪表专业停车大检修计划。

Cooperate with the maintenance planning team and provide the technical support for drawing out the overhaul schedule for the instrumentation outage.

-协助维护经理处理机械维护管理中较大的日常业务工作。

Assist the maintenance manager to deal with comparatively big daily work in the management of the machinery maintenance.

学历/经验/技能要求EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT

-具备大学专科以上化工机械相关学历

College degree or above in chemical machinery.

-具有12年以上化工装置转动设备维护经验并担任过至少5年以上设备管理的主要领导职位，在故障诊断处理方面具备一定实际动手能力。

Have detailed maintenance experience over 12 years on the rotatory equipment and occupied on the key post, at least 5 years of equipment management and with rich knowledge of applications on dealing with troubleshooting.

-具备生产管理经验，对设备维护有独到的建设性指导意见的能力，良好的人际关系和影响力，工作业绩良好。

Have many years’ experience on production management with ability of unique constructive instruction to the equipment maintenance, matey interpersonal relationship and influence with good track record.

-熟悉离心、往复、螺杆压缩机、各类泵及其关联部件轴承、机械密封、电动机工作原理、检修维护，了解大机组支持系统的设计、安装、调试、操作和维护。

Familiar with working principle, repair and maintenance of centrifugal, reciprocating and screw compressors, all kinds of pumps and its related parts, bearing, mechanical seal and motor, know design, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of large machine’s supporting system.

-拥有运用状态监测仪器对各类机械故障分析及实际动手维护技术经验。

Have experience of using status monitoring device to analyse all kinds of mechanical failures and actual maintenance technology.

-良好的汇报、IT、计划等业务技能，具备人员管理经验，尤其是培训和指导。

Complete and integrated knowledge and profession practices of reporting, IT and planning with rich experience on personnel administration, especially that of training and guidance.

-能够积极高效地与各个部门小组如装置、设备专业组，采购部门讨论设备维护的有关问题

Discuss initiatively and efficiently the problems regarding equipment maintenance with teams of each department, such as the plant, equipment and purchase.

-具备一定的阀门修理、机加工和起重作业知识。

Have certain knowledge of valves repairing, machining and hoisting.

-掌握中英文两种语言

Master both Chinese and English
