职位描述：
Key Missions
? Maintain instruments and electricity facilities in good condition.
? Correct any failures on time.
? Organize daily check and preventive maintenance.
? E/I related Capex project management.

Vacancy description
? In charge of instrument / PLC / electricity etc. maintenance jobs task observation, provide trouble shooting in case of technicians can not solve the problem
? In charge of instrument & PLC/ electricity etc, safety interlock and device daily management, Correct un-safety issue on time and keep record.
? Supervise daily subcontractor safety performance, any un-safety findings must take effective action to prevent or stop, report to operation manager and HSE manager at once; perform CTA analysis activity ,deploy activity according to emergency plan in emergency case.
? Has authority to stop any stranger entering in plant.
? Be responsible for arrange the electricity technician job. In charge of daily management and maintenance of whole plant electricity system.
- In charge of all motors regular maintenance / repairing , set up list and file。
- In charge of electricity converter regular maintenance / cleaning and repairing
- In charge of routine inspection and service supervision of HV substation. Make sure the subcontractors who working in HV room are following RPS regulation.
? In charge of daily management and maintenance of whole plant instrument& control system, Ensure operation smoothly and safely.
- In charge of setting up or update all instrument archives and record instrument maintenance & repairing history
- In charge of leading daily check all extruder control system including PLC and instrument etc; to solve finding problem in time
- In charge of 31 feeders maintenance every quarter.
- In charge of leading regular maintenance for packing machine, labeling device, palletizer, wrapping machine and convey line.
? After receive urgent instrument & control, electricity system trouble notice from production. Should arrange resource arrive site within 1 hour for problem solving
? In charge of drafting PLC and instrument, electricity operation instruction and provide training to operators.
? In charge of daily site maintenance service subcontract monitoring : service quality / safety, complying with maintenance procedure
? In charge of supporting spare part warehouse to track key PLC, controller and electricity key spare part inventory and regular stock checking, and apply spare parts on SAP on time.
? In charge of new project or modification instrument / control system design / review, engineering quality monitoring and acceptance.
? Assist Maintenance manager to control maintenance cost, and cost analysis.
? Lead daily instrument / control system breakdown analysis , make correct and prevent action , to reduce TIM , increase OEE
? Attend regular safety inspection, complete task observation and CTA plan.
? Participant in overhaul plan building, and lead the implementation of instrument, electricity items.
? Participate in the audit of TS16949 / ISO 14001 and HSE. Complete the correct actions.
? Assist Maintenance manager in managing E/I related Capex project.
? Assist Maintenance manager , work with mechanical engineer to carry on TEC activity to develop TPM /5S to improve facility reliability。
? Complete others correlative job in department assigned by line manager.

Profile
? Bachelor degree in instrument/ auto control and electricity/instrument integrity major.
? Familiar with MS office application and AutoCAD.
? Good English both in writing and speaking.
? Minimum 5 years experience on PLC /VFD/ MCC chemical plant instrument maintenance and management.
? Experienced on PLC /controller trouble shooting skill. 举报 分享
