1. 负责各项目的工程配套资料、设计技术文件部分资料、工程合同、图纸等工程资料的收集、整理、编制目录、存档、配合查阅;
2. 负责设计院、施工方、政府相关部门和公司相关部门函件的接收、发出、归档工作;
3. 负责竣工资料的归档、备案;
4. 负责工程部的行政事务;
入职要求:
1. 建筑、工程、档案管理、文秘等相关专业,专科以上学历;
2. 具有3年以上工程档案管理等相关经验;
3. 熟练使用PPT、Word、Excel等Office软件;
4.良好的团队意识、职业素养,工作踏实、细致、严谨,责任心强。

In order to develop the project to its highest level, the renowned, leading Australian residential design architectural firm of AJC was invited to prepare the master plan and proceed with the design development of the project. Using their professional experience and insight, AJC has developed a new living model called “3C for Cambridge Waters”, which includes innovative concepts of community, convenience, and choice, making SPG a pioneer in exploring humanized residential developments.
At Cambridge Waters we are committed to seeking a convenient way of life for the home-owners, which includes not only providing a great location and transportation network, but also good quality design, public facilities and services. We are seeking to build high standard apartments at low cost to make our products more inviting and livable.
Stage 1 consists of mostly four or six-floor apartment buildings with some town houses and an exclusive twelve-floor apartment building. The buildings are arranged like water waves in order to achieve a rich visual effect and make the best use of sunlight and open space. The main apartment types are two-bedroom, with some three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and town houses. Furthermore we will introduce the innovative “Crossover Flats”. A variety of residential types will meet the different needs and wants of today’s families.
The well-known Australian firm, OCULUS, has undertaken the landscape planning. The master plan makes use of two natural rivers flowing through the site and creates a great artificial landscape of waters. The whole site is divided into several areas with green open space and central water features for each, which delivers the main idea: --Waters for “Cambridge Waters”.
Stage 1 was onto the market and almost sold out during 2004. Stage 2 will be opened in the late 2005.
