职位描述：
1、根据人力资源部人员的安排，协助从事人力资源部各类资料、物品的准备、打印、盖章、确认、整理、寄送、接收等工作。
2、根据人力资源部人员的安排，协助从事考勤的统计、活动准备、人员接待等工作。
3、根据人力资源部人员的安排，协助处理临时性、辅助性工作。
任职资格
1、完成并通过甲方要求的上岗资格培训。
2、高中及以上学历；
3、电脑操作熟练，熟练使用Microsoft office办公软件；
4、仪表大方得体；执行力强，服从领导工作安排；有较强责任心，良好的协调沟通能力。
