TUBACEX is an industrial Group founded in 1963 devoted to manufacturing cold-drawn seamless tubes in stainless steel and high-nickel alloys and superalloys, with its head office in Llodio (Alava-Spain).

TUBACEX is a leading multinational Group, with industrial facilities in Spain, Italy, Austria and the United States, and a broad network of sales offices spread around the world.

TUBACEX, is the largest worldwide producer of seamless tubes in stainless steel and high-nickel alloys, and one of the few companies to have an integrated production: steel manufacturing, hot extrusion and cold-rolling of the tubes. The existence of our own steelworks provides the facilities with a large flexibility in the production of tubes, both for the opportunity of making special castings as well as reducing delivery times in urgent orders. The Group has a unique marketing structure for its products on a worldwide level.

The main demand segments for the tubes manufactured by TUBACEX are the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and power generation industries. It also devotes part of its production to the mechanical industry, aerospace, food, water desalination, electronics, capital goods and new technologies, among other industries.

The company's staff has approximately 1,950 members with over 20 different nationalities and spread out through 15 countries.

TUBACEX is listed in the Spanish Stock Market (TUB MC) since 1970 and its shares are integrated in the IBEX MEDIUM CAP index.

Support commercial team to expand market presence in the industry to ensure company business growth and daily commercial works executed smoothly.
JOB SCOPE:
？ Report to China INSA manager and Sales Manager
？ Order management (filling, checking, and tracking)
？ Contract or order form execution in terms of order scheduling, pricing, payment
？ Shipment delivery and documents checking, signing off and central filing
High level support to sales team
？ Other work that request by Manager
？ Back up for sales work
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
？ Bachelor or Master degree, new graduates from 211/985 university, major in steel material, Petro-Chemical Engineering or other related segments.
？ Or 1-3 relevant years of experience as sales assistant in foreign company of selling engineering products, steel products etc.
？ Quick learning skills, good communication skills
