职位描述：
Main Job Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Site service, including installation supervision, commissioning and trouble-shooting etc.
负责现场服务，包括安装指导、调试及故障诊断等
2. Provide Diagnose report and solution proposal and quality problem feedback
提供故障诊断报告、提出解决方案并反馈质量问题
3.Tracking maintain and deal with the returned product in time, and provide training for the customer
及时跟踪维修和处理客户返修时的产品，并提供客户培训
4.Build and maintain a close relationship between company and end users
建立及维护好公司和用户之间的密切良好的合作关系
5.Continue feedback of end users’ requirement and activities to company
跟踪并向公司反馈最终用户的要求和情况
6.Other tasks assigned by company
完成公司分配的其他任务

职位要求：

Profile for OPEX lead:
a. >5yr Experience in WW processes – understand end user requirement
污水处理行业5年以上经验，了解最终用户的需求
b. Hands-on experience as technician and site service advantage
有较强的动手能力及现场服务经验者优先考虑
c. Maximum a supervisor or team leader level
曾有担任主管或小组长者为佳
e. Technical background with Pumps & Mixers or relevant product
泵与搅拌器及相关产品的技术背景
f. Good presentation and communication skills – ability to communicate and command respect at plant manager level
良好的表达和沟通能力，且可与工厂管理层级别的有效良好沟通
g. Service sales and commercial experience preferred
有服务销售或贸易经验者优先考虑
h. Ability to travel frequently 70%
