职位描述：
1. 熟悉空运操作流程；
2. 系统录入；
3. 安排订舱；
4. 货物、文件整理及跟踪
5.制作空运单证及其他相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用等事宜；
6、各类单证及文件的整理及归档等；
7、能独立完成工作中遇到的问题；
8、保持与客户的沟通，了解和满足客户需求，并保持良好的关系；

职位要求：
1、学历：大专及以上学历;有相关经验者可适当放宽；
 2、英文水平：CET-4以上；
3、能熟悉使用电脑；掌握WORD,EXCEL等办公软件和物流系统软件的应用；
3. 1年以上工作经验；
4、熟悉空运货代操作流程， 指定货操作经验尤佳；
5、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。
