工作职责：
1.密切监督保洁人员工作，包括工作安排，定期完成评估工作，以保持环境高度卫生。
2.向所有保洁人员提供定期培训，确保工作要求和工作标准得到落实。
3.购买清洁用品，控制开支预算。
4.维护学院设施，控制减少维修费用（尤其是空调）。
5.监督保安工作。
6.其他由部门经理交付的工作。

岗位要求：
1.在设施管理方面经验丰富，其中包括：清洁，电子设备维修，安保管理等。
2.有电工上岗证。
3.至少有5~8年相关工作经历。
