职责
1. 设计开发高质量的以用户需求为中心的网站、图片、广告和Flash动画。
2. 能与团队成员紧密协作，针对业务需求提供专业的设计方案和意见。
3. 通过多样化的设计手段和技巧为网站设计提供不同风格的解决方案。
4. 按时高质的完成设计工作，富有创造性的整合反馈到设计作品中。
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and develop high quality and user-oriented web pages, graphics, images and Flash animation.
2. Work closely with cross team members to assess user interface design of business solutions.
3. Demonstrate diverse design skills and ability to design for web applications with very different look/feels.
4. Deliver prototypes and mockups on time and incorporate feedback intelligently.
要求
1. 设计类或相关专业，具有至少2年以上网站设计实际经验。
2. 能深刻理解设计的重要性和品牌价值及其在商务活动中的重要作用。
3. 有扎实的图形设计基础，良好的色彩控制和原创精神。
4. 有能力为复杂的设计问题找到简洁有效且易用的解决方案。
5. 高度注重设计细节，特别是针对用户易用性。
6. 能熟练运用Adobe（Photoshop&Illustrator）和Macromedia（Flash，Fireworks，Freehand和Dreamveaver）等设计工具。
7. 能熟练使用HTML，DHTML，CSS进行网页编码和优化，熟悉JavaScript尤佳。
8. 积极的工作态度和设计激情，良好的团队协作精神。
9. 英语良好尤佳。

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree holder of art design or related, at least 2years of practical design experiences , preferably for website.
2. Understanding the importance of good design and brand values, and their impact on the business;
3. Solid graphic design foundation, color control and originality;
4. Ability to find simple, elegant solutions for complex usability challenges;
5. Highly developed attention to details especially upon usability;
6. Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop & Illustrator) and Macromedia (Flash, Fireworks, Freehand and Dreamweaver) design tools;
7. Good at coding in HTML, DHTML, CSS and webpage optimization, familiar with JavaScript is a plus;
8. Proactive attitude to works and passion for design, with good team-spirits;
9. Good English skill is a plus.
