Short description:

The Production Assistant should check and report on all hog selections on the basis of:
Maximizing the yield of the Raw Material
Authorized cleaning and selection instructions
Agreed working procedures
Quality of the Raw material and finished goods
Production planning as agreed with manager Planning & Control of head office

The Production Assitant will receive training on the knowledge of the Product (casing) and Process through workshop training and his/her mentor training in the limit training period.
During training period, the PA needs to write reports and discuss the report with his/her mentor weekly.
After training,the PA should be familiar with the basic issues of the casings industry
The PA needs to have a specialist knowledge on
-hog casings
-the selection and cleaning process of hog casings

Specific Quality and kills:
Colleage graduated
1 year working experience in production function is a plus
Familiar with casing requirement after our training period.
Analytical and sharp thinking, Persistent.
Good communication skill both in oral and written
Good English in written and oral.
Computer skills, experienced in basic office applications.
