Job Description
Make sure that Mackay monthly and yearly close are finished timely and accurately
Make sure that related Mackay filing are finished timely and accurately
Make sure standard cost daily and monthly update timely and accurately
Make sure to revalue VHC and VHT stock timely and accurately
Help to solve Qlikview and JDE problem include problem summarize, project test, Department training and preparing related procedure draft.

2. Annual close
· Yearly package
· VHT and VHC Stock revaluation
· Assist Audit
3. JDE and Qlikview maintenance
· Summarize problem
· Project test
· Provide training
· Assist problem solving
· Prepare JDE working instruction
· JDE month end close
· JDE Year end close
· JDE OP upload
· JDE daily and monthly standard cost update JDE daily Sales update
4.Other project
· Backup for department other position(i.e. VHC GL, KPI, Stock take report draft etc)
Other ad hoc work if necessary (i.e. assist to prepare related procedure etc.)

Requires:
Education level
College/Bachelor degree. Accounting background
General skills
- Experience: 4-5 years experience, 1-2 years in supervisor position/prefer working experience in big company.
- Pro-active positive self and result driven with a can do attitude.
- Account qualification is preferable
- Good communication skill
- Self-learning skill for accounting standard
- Responsible and reliable
Specific skills
-Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
-Interpersonal, organizational skills are required.
Computer skills
Experienced in basic office applications and advanced in Excel or other spreadsheet software.
