职位描述：

Objective of the Position:

Lead Product& Process Competency team to work closely with BU R&D to identify, establish and strengthen transversal competencies on products and processes, to support the research, development, and manufacturing functions of the internal Business Research Group and Saint-Gobain Group.

领导产品与工艺部门，并与业务研发部门保持高度合作，识别、建立并加强业务所需的产品与工艺能力，以支持公司内部各研发小组及圣戈班集团的研究、开发和生产职能。

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Operational Management: Develop/monitor budgets, manage the activities of the organization, administer personnel policies, develop and coordinate operational goals of the team. Ensure that the function meets all budget/operational requirements. Ensure the full utilization and development of staff. Maximize operating efficiency of the service function.

运营管理：制定并监控预算，管理部门业务活动，遵守人力资源管理政策，制定及调整部门的工作目标。确保职能满足所有预算和运营需要。确保人力资源的充分利用和发展。努力使部门的运营效率最大化。

2. Technical Management: Provide technical leadership and direction, maintain/improve technical awareness and competencies of staff, coordinate technical objectives of business with technical capabilities to ensure the continuous contribution to business and awareness of capabilities. Ensure high quality technical support to R&D/Business units and where required adapt new technology for meeting needs of business.

技术管理：提供技术方面的管理与指导，保持并提高员工的技术技能和素质，协调部门的技术能力和业务与研发的技术要求，以确保为业务及研发部门提供高质量技术支持以适应新技术来满足业务需求。

3. Competency Development: Work closely with BU R&D to identify, establish and strengthen transversal competencies on products & processes by defining and working on medium-long term projects. Ensure pipeline of exploratory research (phizero, TFA, GIE etc) in identified competency areas.

能力开发：保持与业务研发的紧密合作，识别、建立并加强产品与工艺方面的横向能力。定义并运作中长期合作项目，确保在甄别的特定领域内开展探索性研究。

4. Communication& Collaboration: Communicate with Global R&D leaders, other SG R&D Centers on potential innovations, solutions (in collaboration with BU R&D leaders in SGRS). Network with Universities/research institutes to keep update on technology evolution and establish long-term partnerships on required competencies.

交流与合作：保持与业务及其研发小组、其他研发中心及公司内部在创新和解决方案上的紧密合作，建立与高校和研究所的互动，以期建立中长期的合作。

5. Strictly follow company EHS&5S policies and regulations. Develop and drive a strong chemical management program to prevent chemical control non-compliances with EHS Supervisor. Investigate and provide practical solutions to the causes of non-compliances, if any. Correctly control and handle of recoverable solid and liquid wastes.

严格遵守公司EHS及5S相关规定。与EHS主管共同开发并推行化学品管理，以防止化学品控制不符合法律法规。如果有不一致的地方，需调查并提供实际的解决方案。正确的控制和处理可回收固体及液体垃圾。

1/ Ph.D, material/chemical engineering. With at least 3 years project & management experiences in material/ product/ process 有三年以上产品/工艺相关项目管理经验，材料/化学博士。

2/ Demonstrated ability to be significant or lead contributor to technical projects and solve customer problems on. The ability to communicate effectively (in writing and orally) with customers, staff, and management is required.有能力为解决客户问题提供关键性的支持,和客户,同事和主管间良好的表达(书面和口头) 能力。

3/ Excellent technical ability expanding ceramic, polymer, building materials and Leadership skills 优秀的跨领域技术能力，包括陶瓷，高分子，建筑材料，优秀的领导力。
