职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)





? Manage and grow sales in Industry Coating & Textile industry, including distribution channel and direct customer





? Collect market intelligence in Industry Coating & Textile industry, contribute to business team strategy setting





? Closely communicate with related colleagues in regional business teams to coordinate the sales related issues in South China





? Contribute to the profitability target of the business team









REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Education

1. Bachelor degree, major in Chemistry or related









Knowledge/Requirement

1. Be familiar with Industry Coating is industry

2. Be familiar with distribution channel management

3. Independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated

4. Good communication skills, willing to communicate with colleagues, customers and distributors

5. Good oral and written English

6. Flexible to go business travel

7. Good IT skill (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.





Experience

1. At least 3~5 years working experience of sales or technical support in personal care industry

2. At least 2~3 years working experience with multinational companies
