KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Networks and Telecom Manager is responsible for building the requested infrastructure in a defined time frame. For that, he coordinates the activities between the different involved partners.
2. He supervises and monitors carefully the performance of the network provider.
3. He strictly follows the KPI’s in order to guarantee that the SLAs in place are well respected.
4. He grants effective supports to all network and telecom users and is the unavoidable interface with relevant providers involved in the troubleshooting.
5. He is responsible of his budget and in charge to follow the monthly invoicing of his providers.
6. He is responsible to coordinate, managed his resources which are outsourced.
Under the responsibility of our Non Trade Purchase Department, he participates actively to each tender related to network and telecom services.
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Requisite experience
1. At least 5 years of networks and telecom management in an organization with no less than 50 network points of connection.
2. Experience in a multinational company which is working with international network operator is really preferred.
3. Proven capacity to administrate networks and telecom activities through outside partners.
4. Understands how networks and telecoms evolve in order to be proactive to technology evolutions
General skills & experience
1. Good capability to work in team.
2. Good capacity to prioritize problems and good capability to solve them.
3. Good interpersonal / communication skills.
4. Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.
5. Positive forward-looking mind set with “can do” attitude.
Language skills
Bilingual capacities: Chinese and English language skills are essential.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration or a related field is required. A master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
