职位描述：
主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities
1.Analysis the market of PV-Laminators; Support and define sales strategy and R&D roadmaps for the PV-Equipment.
    负责光伏层压设备的市场分析，支持和分析公司光伏设备的销售策略和市场拓展策略。
2.Responsible for PV-Sales, achieve year sales target of PV-Equipment.
    负责光伏设备的销售，推进并完成年度销售目标。
3.Support project processing after P/O, keep close communication and play the role of coordinator between internal each
    department and external customers during whole process.
     支持合同签订后的项目跟进，协调内部各部门及外部客户的互动和沟通。
4.Follow up of order payment status.
    负责销售回款工作。
5.Customer develop, visit and relation maintain in and out of china.
    新客户开发，客户关系维护和客户拜访（包括国内及国外客户）
6.Join or visit PV related industry exhibition depends on priorities.
    光伏类展会参观或参展。
7.Other task assigned by superior.
    其他上级安排的工作。

二. 任职能力及资格 Required Competency and Qualification
1. 知识 Knowledge
    Education :University or above graduated.
    学历：本科及以上
  Foreign Language: Fluent English both oral and writing.
    外语：精通英语，能顺畅与国外客户和德国总部沟通交流。
  Computer Skill: Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, PowerPoint)
    计算机：熟练运用相关办公软件
2. Experience 经验
  More than 8 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing industry, at least two years in PV-equipment sales,
    experience in PV-Laminator sales is preferred.
    八年以上机械制造行业工作经验，至少两年以上光伏设备销售经验，有光伏层压机销售经验优佳。
  Deep understanding of PV industry.
    对国内外光伏行业发展情况有深入了解。
  Has working experience in foreign company.
