职位描述：
POSITION TITLE: Marketing Specialist
CLASSIFICATION:
DEPARTMENT: Marketing Department
REPORTS TO: Senior marketing manager
SCOPE: Water program, FS program (including FE program), HS program, Seafood program
BASIC PURPOSE: Develop and promote NSF testing, certification and training services through every possible marketing activity according to NSF global marketing and sales strategy

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assist senior marketing manager in carrying out marketing plan
2. Handle all preparation work of trade show/seminar/forum, including booth decoration, e-card design, advertising/promotion, exhibition playbook, conference room reservation, invoice follow-up, etc.
3. Maintain and translate all documents and materials related to PC business, including Terms & Condition, client Information form, quotation form, NSF news, e-newsletters, trade show/visit show/seminar/forum form, marketing flyers/poster/brochure, etc.
4. Develop cooperation opportunities with industry medias or associations to develop NSF business
5. Maintain NSF China webpage and other official accounts in internet
6. Identify and report misusing NSF Mark issue to NSF regulatory department
7. Assist in producing gifts for marketing purpose, i.e. souvenirs, medals, shirts, screen scratches, etc.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. A minimum of 3 (3) years’ experience in sales and marketing
3. Strong sense of responsibility.
4. Open, honest and teamwork spirit.
5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin.
6. Experience with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
7. Has basic understanding of picture editor software, i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.
8. Has experience of participating in exhibition and conduct marketing promotion during trade shows

THE PRIOR QUALIFICATION CONSIDERED:
1. Has experience of working in Certification Body or foreign enterprise
2. Has experience of marketing and sales

 WORKING ENVIROMENT:
1. Some work performed in the office
2. Some work is performed at advertising agent locations, trade shows, etc.
