职位描述：
1.Using Quick Book to issue oversea shipment invoice, debit notes, credit note, Shanghai &Tianjin daily.
2．Local invoices and enter in Quick Book, Shanghai & Tianjin daily.
3．Inform Tianjin colleague to issue local invoices and check those invoices if correct，every week.
4．Foreign currency exchange and declaration in bank and SAFE, Shanghai & Tianjin if any.
5 . Check AR status with OP team, Shanghai & Tianjin weekly.
6．Using internet banking to pay & receive
7 . Assist manager to complete other accounting works.
Job specification：
1. Be very careful and caution. Deal with daily invoices and follow supervisor and company requests
2. Be good at quickbooks system
3. Accounting Certificate
4. Computer and English
5. Good Communication
