职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Coordinating transportation of pre-carriage, international freight, on-carriage, inbound shipment track and tracing, ensure the operation goals of on time delivery, cost saving and quality meet the target
- Insure all logistics transactions to meet the regulations of China governments
- Closely and proactively work with planner, buyer, SQE, supplier, CoE Europe and America for timely delivery
- Familiar and updating Customs regulation, minimize the customs risk such as commodity classification, evaluation, inconterm.
- Audit and provide proper documentation for billing
- Gathering necessary documentation for import
- Timely troubleshooting and problem resolving, give effective and reasonable action to Customs/CIQ inquiry
- Generate and submit report timely
- Complete freight bills review timely
- Ensure the bills are approved with the correct logistics contracts, fuel surcharges and/or FX rate, etc.
- Train logistics service providers on correct billing.
- Audit the system cost to check whether system cost is compliant with the approved cost
- Maintain issues report to drive for improvement on billing quality

Requirements:
- Have experience in forwarding company at least 2 years
- Fluent English on both oral and written expression with CET 6 certificate, same or above level
- Have strong will to success
- Have "can-do" attitude.
- University graduate in relevant discipline;
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Programs;
- Excellent Communication skills, Service minded;
