职位描述：
岗位职责：
a. Determine work methods according to required work standards and provide analysis to optimize the utilization of personnel and materials.
根据所需的工作标准分析，提供人员和材料的利用率最优化方案。
b. Study and recommend improvements to operations sequence, material flow, operating instructions, cycle time, organization
分析与提供改善方案，例如生产过程、领料流程、作业指导书、周期、人员/组织。
c. Design and develop forms and instructions for data collections, and the evaluation of these data for improvement actions.
设计表格和应用指示来收集生产信息，并从数据分析做改善方案。
d. Provide Work Instructions and training for Operators.
制定、提供操作员的作业指导书，以及操作工的培训。
e. Determine headcount requirements
定义人力、人员需求。
f. Provide costs studies and identify wastes to improve costs
提供成本分析，以及识别浪费，改善成本。
g. Responsible for plant, machines & work-station layout
负责设备、机器、工作台布置以及规划
h. Special Assignments
