Job Purpose:
Accomplishes sales target by winning new customers’ business and developing current business and set up a firm & close relationship with customers.

Job Responsibilities:
? Develops potential customers (Great Wall, BAIC, FAW, BBAC) with all resources and opportunities.
? Interact with customers and pursues new programs with teamwork.
? Handles all ongoing programs and newly developed projects related to assigned automotive accounts.
? Gathers, analyzes and feedbacks customer information/voice of customer to internal organization.
? Follows customer's quotation process and investigates on customer's requirements.
? Guides team members in developing quotation strategy for new project.
? Cooperates with other department inside of the company on project introduction and follow Delphi’s PDP (Project Development Process) procedure.
? Pursues customer satisfaction by on time delivery, good service and quick response.
? Insures accomplishment of the sales revenue target and get 100% payment on time.
? Analyzes on annual price reduction required by OEM and conducts annual price negotiation.

Qualifications and Requirement:
? Bachelor’s or above Degree.
? At least 5 years working experience as account manager/sales representative/sales engineer in automotive industry, with Great Wall business development experience is preferred.
? Excellent communication and sales skill, and strong interpersonal and influence ability.
? Passionate for winning, competing with others, proactive and acute sense of customer needs.
? Fluent oral English and communicable written English.
