Position: Electrical Engineer (Full time)

Key Responsibilities:
主要职责：
? Follow the design instructions, mainly co-ordinate with foreign designers to complete non-standard electrical cabinet design, which including electrical drawings and parts selection.
? 根据项目的设计需求，负责与国外的技术人员合作设计完成电气柜非标设计，包括电气图纸设计，以及电气部件的国产化选型等
? Co-ordinate with foreign designers to complete PLC and HMI design.
? 负责与国外的技术人员合作设计完成电气PLC控制系统以及人机界面设计。
? Provide technical support to client site for electrical system installation, commissioning, trouble shooting, and maintenance.
? 负责项目以及客户现场的技术支持，包括电气系统安装，调试，故障解决，以及设备维护等。
? Provide technical support to sales activities
? 向销售部门提供电气方面技术支持
? Provide onsite trainings.
? 客户现场技术培训
? Organize and contact with other department to achieve the project target.
? 根据需求，组织和联络其它部门完成项目目标。
? Establish design related documents (e.g. risk analysis, functional description, operation & maintenance manuals, etc.)
? 建立和设计相关的技术文档（功能说明，危险分析，操作说明等）
? Managing design process and control related budget with respect of company policy.
? 负责对电气设计进度进行把关控制，并根据公司的政策对电气设计的成本进行有效控制
? Able to estimate the onsite cable installation quantity (preferred, but not must)
? 有估算现场安装电缆量的能力 （非必须）
Requirements / Qualifications:
任职要求：
? Degree in electrical engineering or automation related.
? 电气工程或自动化相关专业
? Good knowledge of SIEMENS PLC (S-7), HMI (e.g. WINCC), E-Plan and its applications
? 了解并掌握西门子PLC S7系列控制系统，以及人机界面 (e.g. WINCC)，E-Plan等的应用。
? At least above 2 years working experiences in electrical automation related area.
? 至少2年以上电气相关领域的工作经验
? Familiar with PLC design and debugging.
? 熟悉PLC系统的设计以及调试
? Good Communication skills
? 具备良好的沟通技巧
? Good interpersonal skills, effective communication and coordination with people from different departments. Good team player
? 良好的人际交往能力，以及和各部门组织，协调以及合作的能力。拥有团队合作精神。
? Good English skills (reading and writing, basic speaking)
? 拥有良好的英文读写能力，以及基本的口语交流能力
? Ability to work as individual on site. Ability to train customers.
? 拥有独立在客户现场工作的能力。具备提供培训的经验和能力。
? Be willing to adopt and learn new technologies and work patterns.
? 愿意学习和接受新的科技产品以及工作模式
? Frequent traveling is required.
